Do I need to relocate to join TradePro?
No. We are a remote-first company and hire globally. We have optional hubs in San Francisco, New York, London, Singapore, and Dubai, but the vast majority of our team works remotely. You choose where you work best.
What does the interview process look like?
Our process has 5 steps: application review (48h), recruiter call (30 min), technical screen (1–2h), team interviews (1 day), and offer (48h). We aim to complete the entire process in under 3 weeks. We respect your time and give feedback at every stage.
What is the equity structure like?
All full-time employees receive equity from day one. We offer a 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff. We are transparent about our cap table and share regular company updates so you always know what your equity is worth.
How does TradePro support career growth?
We have a clear, transparent career ladder for every role. You get a dedicated career growth budget ($5K/year), a senior mentor, quarterly performance reviews, and regular 1:1s with your manager. We promote from within whenever possible.
What is the engineering culture like?
We deploy dozens of times per day. Engineers own their features end-to-end — from design to deployment to monitoring. We have minimal process, maximum autonomy, and a strong culture of code review and technical excellence.
Do you sponsor visas?
Yes. We sponsor H-1B, O-1, and other work visas for exceptional candidates in the US. We also support work authorization in the UK, EU, Singapore, and other key markets. Our People team will guide you through the process.
What is the work-life balance like?
We work hard and we ship fast, but we are not a crunch culture. We have unlimited PTO (and we actually use it), flexible hours, and a strong norm of not messaging people outside of working hours. We are building a sustainable company.
