Common questions answered clearly

Can I use TradePro without accepting cookies?

You can use TradePro with only essential cookies enabled. However, some features like saved chart preferences, AI personalization, and persistent login will not work without additional cookies. You cannot disable essential cookies as they are required for security and authentication.

How do I change my cookie preferences after accepting?

You can update your cookie preferences at any time by going to Account Settings → Privacy → Cookie Preferences, or by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page. Changes take effect immediately.

Do cookies expire?

Yes. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have specific expiration dates ranging from 30 days to 2 years, depending on their purpose. You can see the duration for each cookie in the tables above.

Are cookies the same as tracking pixels?

No, but they serve similar purposes. Tracking pixels (also called web beacons) are tiny invisible images embedded in pages or emails. We use both cookies and pixels for analytics. Both are covered by this Cookie Policy and subject to the same consent requirements.

Does TradePro use fingerprinting or other tracking methods?

We do not use browser fingerprinting for advertising purposes. We may use device fingerprinting as part of our fraud detection and security systems to identify suspicious login attempts. This is covered under essential security processing.

What happens to my cookie data if I delete my account?

When you delete your TradePro account, all cookie-related data stored on our servers is deleted within 30 days. Cookies stored on your device are not automatically deleted — you can clear them through your browser settings.
